Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage and Processing Time

At My Online Wedding Store, we provide delivery services across Australia. All standard orders are typically processed within 14-30 business days. Larger items can take up to 60 days due to transport logistics.

Delivery Charges and Estimated Dates

  • The delivery charges and estimated delivery date depend on your order's destination.
  • Pricing, which includes costs and estimated delivery dates, is available at checkout for eligible postcodes.
  • Certain items may not be available to specific areas within Australia.
  • Delivery is exclusively within Australia.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and access details. Changes cannot be made after the order is placed. 

Delivery Efforts and Liability

  • We strive to adhere to the estimated delivery dates, but delays may occur.
  • My Online Wedding Store is not liable for any loss or damage if the delivery occurs within a reasonable time after the estimated date.

Delivery Location and Lead Times

  • Normal delivery times are 14-30 business days from the order date, subject to location and courier scheduling.

Important Delivery Information

  • For non-ground level deliveries, ensure lift access capable of transporting goods.
  • My Online Wedding Store uses independent couriers for prompt delivery.
  • Delivery costs are calculated, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Standard delivery is a one-person service to your door at ground level, usually from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
  • Large Deliveries are not made to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required.
  • Deliveries may be left at the address if unattended, with no liability for My Online Wedding Store for any loss or damage.

Exclusions and Additional Charges

Deliveries do not include and may incur extra fees for:

  • Access involving more than three steps or above ground level without lift access.
  • Assembly, unboxing, or packaging removal.
  • Specific delivery time requests (generally not available).
  • Delivery over balconies, fences, or where parking/vehicle access is restricted.

Lifts/Elevators and Special Access

  • Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure items fit in lifts and passageways.
  • If items don't fit upon delivery, they will be left at the delivery point or returned for a fee.

Pre-order Deliveries

  • For pre-ordered items, customers will be contacted with tracking details once available for dispatch.

Proof of Delivery

  • Some Delivery contractors require proof of delivery.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left in a safe place, with My Online Wedding Store and the courier not liable for any loss or damage.
